"Being relatively new to Spokane, I researched a small number of top-rated flooring/carpet businesses. Keystone was highly rated. Had Mark come and look at our basement which we were refreshing. Very helpful--he answered all our carpet questions. Installation team - Jeff/Andrew/Eddie were excellent--took their time to really do an outstanding job. It looks great. Thanks Keystone!"

"I hired Harvey to do a unique carpet install that I had some trouble getting quotes for. I did get a few quotes eventually and Harvey was not the lowest but he was close and he really seemed to know what he was doing. He insisted on getting set up directly with the carpet manufacturer so he could control the entire process where the other bids required me to handle the logistics. I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism from Harvey and his crew. Harvey even had some extra rugs made from the remnants of my very expensive carpet for a very small amount of money. I will definitely work with them again."

"2 projects completed. Mike tore out my old shower and tiled it anew and painted the ceiling and walls after. Looks great!!! Mike converted a basement bed room and entry into a granny flat for my elderly Mom. He removed walls added walls replaced an outer French door the finished with painting and carpeting. Plumbing. Electrical and carpentry required. Installed a washer dryer combo and a new garbage disposal in the mini kitchenette. 2nd project was removing dry rot lower 3 panels of siding then sand and stain the decks. Mike is pleasant and communicates well. We appreciate all the hard work he did for us. Above and beyond with reasonable pricing!"
