"Josh did an excellent job replacing several pieces of my LVP flooring. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He paid close attention to detail and made sure the new flooring blended seamlessly with the existing floor. He was also friendly, easy to communicate with, and left everything clean when he finished. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Josh to anyone needing flooring repairs or installation."

"Glad I found Gore’s, I couldn’t be happier with my floors!"

"Josh did a great job and we highly recommend his services. I had two rooms where the carpet was bunching in multiple places. We recieved 2 quotes from Josh: one with moving furniture and one without. He was an excellent communicator and very sweet to my dog. I plan to use him again in the future."

"Dan was great to work with. We had the floor refinished and the floor looks wonderful. The workers were not careful enough to block the flowing dust throughout the house. Otherwise we were pleased."

"Prompt, was affordable, install was done well and professionally. I do not prefer the quality and long term "hold up" of the carpet as it was supposed to be "stain resistant" and it was not. It also wore down flat with traffic fairly quickly. That could be because of our choice in carpet, and possibly doesn't reflect all their options."

"Can't speak highly enough of Tom and his crew, Tommy, Chris and Tyler. There work was exceptional and they did a great job explaining the details on the project and expectations. These guys are craftsman who specialize in hardwood floors. Every phase of the project from removing the carpet, weaving in the new wood with the old floors, sanding, filling in the poors to final finish was done with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. They demonstrated great patience as I waffled on the floor finish and walked me through the merits of going with a satin or semi-gloss top coat. The results were exactly what I wanted. Stain was a perfect complement to the stairs and cabinets. My biggest concern was not being able to tell where the new wood ended and the old wood floor started. It looks like it was all installed at the same time. I cannot recommend With the Grain Professional strongly enough."

"I needed my counter top and flooring replaced. It was done correct and in a timely manner. I will gladly hire him again when needed for future projects."
