"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"Scott and his team are amazing. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and they always go above and beyond. We chose to purchase the flooring ourselves and have them install but didn’t realize the flooring we bought was very low quality. Scott stopped work and contacted me to let me know he would move forward with the work if I wanted him to but he highly recommended buying a different flooring. He was right and he helped us call around to find flooring that day and went to pick it up for us. The installation is perfect and took less time than we expected. To say they went above beyond is to say the least. Great group of people who do great work! 10/10 recommend."

"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"Very professional and friendly. The guys that came to install the carpet were in and out in no time and did a great job. Highly recommended and I will use them again for future projects."

"Very professional and kind. Moved the furniture and put back. Vacuumed the carpet before leaving."

"Dallas helped us decide which product best suited our needs. She was thorough and got answers for our questions in which she didn't know the answer. The install is coming up and we can't wait to have waterproof flooring."

"I have used McSwain Floors on three separate occasions. In 2012 they took out my carpet in my Family room and installed random plank with a custom stain color. In 2017 they did the same thing to my hallway and two bedrooms. Now recently they completed a custom design in my Master bedroom, using Brazilian Cherry with oak feature strips, laid in a skirt and picture frame pattern. Absolutely stunning. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our kitchen."

"Excellent company! We had them do our shower, install new hardwood flooring and a number of built ins installed. Greco Flooring offered competitive pricing and excellent on time completion of all the projects that we have asked them to do. We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!"

"Did a great job on my flooring, removed all old flooring."

"Mario was very good at keeping open communication and soliciting my feedback. He stuck to the agreed upon schedule and our refinished floors look great!"
