"We hired Bryon and Cory from Renovation Inc. about a year ago to install a flared skylight in our kitchen dining room. Turned out awesome. About that same time, we were considering a rather large remodel both bathrooms walk-in jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower in the master bedroom, requiring a complete demo and re-framed, floors, kitchen a complete gut out with all new appliances and cabinets and a sunroom-dining room combo addition about 830 sq feet. While also adding a new heating and cooling system (Trane)... also replacing and upgrading the electrical panel. We just started stage one about 2 weeks back and all is well... Renovations Inc. now has access to an infamous top of the line cabinets brand. Folks if you are looking for a step above the rest Grade A outstanding cabinet maker and a company to install them, you cannot miss with this combination their stunningly beautiful and well priced. We went with the cherry wood mahogany stain, top of the line doors and appliances. Using Bella Pietra in a quartz countertop and backsplash from a top of the line quartz manufacturer. To give you an idea on price, the closest bid for the cabinets was over $18000 above Bryons price. I can assure you, you are going to give a quality job at a reasonable price. Bryon and Cory have a good crew, with a few well vetted and competent sub-contractors. A must in this business. We are in stage 1 of a 4 stage remodel and could not be happier. Yes, Renovations Inc. is busy. Yes, we waited, planned, staged and pulled the trigger. I would highly recommend Renovations Inc. From small jobs to large remodels you are not gonna find a better crew or a better price in my humble opinion."

"I was getting a small home ready for sale and was under the gun on a timeline. I wanted to refinish wood floors in 2 rooms and possibly install a laminate floor in a 3rd room. My partner was scheduled for heart surgery within days, and we couldn't get to all the work we needed to do, so I decided to see what kind of bids I'd get from professionals. On a Friday night or Saturday morning I sent messages to several places near me. Unbeknownst to me, as I was looking for companies in Portland or Vancouver, a message went out to a company 60 miles from the home's location. One local company's sales manager even responded to me over the weekend, so I was thrilled; I arranged with this company for someone to review the job on Tuesday. Two other companies responded on Monday--one didn't do the kind of work I had available and another was booked up for weeks and weeks. (Sure.) Another company rep called me on Monday and arranged to view the work site on Tuesday, too. Company #1's rep appeared first on Tuesday. He checked out the job, asked some questions and measured, and he said he'd provide a bid that same day or the next day. He didn't inspire any confidence, and he missed some critical details about the 96 year old floor...and the bid never arrived, ever. The company rep (the owner!) of the 3rd company, WILLAMETTE HARDWOOD FLOORS of KEIZER, arrived on Tuesday afternoon. This guy is a seasoned professional. He has an incredible resume, skills in every area imaginable, and knowledge in other related or relevant areas. He reviewed the job and took measurements, asked and answered questions, and I hired his company to do the work. He scheduled a crew to start work refinishing my old fir floors the NEXT DAY! It was only when the crew arrived Wednesday morning and mentioned that traffic had been light that I thought to ask more about how they'd traveled, and I learned they'd come from Keizer! This meant these guys had to come and go 120 miles every day they were on the job. Wow. These people were supremely skilled, professional craftsmen. They asked some questions of me about the home and floor, answered other questions of mine, provided great information and feedback from beginning to end of the job, worked their fannies off very single moment and probably left the job site cleaner when they left than what they'd found upon arrival. Refinishing 96 year old (fir) wood floors doesn't make a company tons of money, and it's not nearly as much fun as laying floors in new homes or refinishing newer floors in newer homes. What it is is hard, messy, labor intensive work. These folks took great pride in their work, and it showed; the results were beautiful and certainly beyond my wildest dreams. Whoever buys this home will be absolutely thrilled. After this experience, I'm certain local companies won't be getting my business for this kind of work. I'll be hiring Willamette Hardwood Floors to do the work for me--they're the pros, folks!"
