They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "My floors were in pretty bad shape, mostly from water damage. It is a tiled parquet and I did have some new leftover tiles to use for the repair. It was also a natural finish to start with so it did not hold up well to a lot of traffic. Earl repaired the bad spots using ceramic tile for under the fridge (per my request). He then came in with his "dustless" equipment and proceded to do a beautiful job on my floors. He was very nice and considerate as well. I never had a problem getting a hold of him. The job wasn't tiny. It took about 2weeks to complete. I would recommend Earl to anyone. Thanks Earl."

"Having New Life Flooring complete the repairs on the damaged part of our dining room floor was a gift to our repair weary spirits. Dave came out to inspect the water damaged floor and prepared a complete and detailed estimate. He and his team were reliable and showed up every day exactly when they said they would. The communication was easy and timely. He and Isaac were meticulous in the removal of the damaged wood and sub-floor. The rebuilding of the sub-floor was not any easy task and it was done with precision. The new hardwood floor was woven into the existing dining room floor and then Dave and Isaac worked tirelessly with me to match the stain to the existing floor. This was a bit of a challenge since we had no records regarding the original stain color. With their effort and an eye for detail, the floor repair was completed and it is impossible to tell where the old floor ends and the new floor begins.
