"We needed carpet cleaned after moving out. Jose did a great job- called when he was on his way, arrived in time, looked over areas before cleaning, had me check his work when he was done, provided me with carpet foot protectors- that’s never happened before! Carpet looks great! Done in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards with swifter- any water on floors, and great price! Recommend using this company! The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
