While it took some time for our flooring to come in from a separate vendor once we received it and contacted Nena for an installation date they quickly worked with us to set it up. Installation day came they arrived promptly just as they said they would. Once they got going the crew quickly got to work and before we knew it they were done! Ratico was amazing, professional and accommodating. He even touched up some unfinished work in another room when we just asked him for an opinion. He even finished our laundry room since we had extra planks to complete it at a very reasonable added cost.
