"Luciano and GM Flooring tackled a really difficult project for us. Our entire first floor (1400 sq. ft.) contained 5 different types of flooring. We had hardwood in some rooms, vinyl, 2 types of tile in others. His demo crew stayed for 10 hours to rip things out down to the sub-flooring. His install crew (including Luciano himself) got our NEW, engineered hardwood floors intstalled in just 2 days and he backs the quality of the install for a year. Our home has been transformed and for that type of job I needed someone who answered his phone when I had questions, and stuck to his word with dates/times and budget. Luciano exceeded our expectations and when the job was done and I assumed his crew was all exhausted they stayed to move ALL of our furniture back in from the garage. The first two times we had floors refinished and this last time we had a new hardwood floor put in one of our bedrooms. All three times Alex and his team were on time, had the job done in the time estimated, left the spaces neat and clean and did a great job! Alex is also very accommodating, he's worked around our schedules and had floors done in the time frame we needed. This last time I called him and needed a wood floor put in very quickly. He was great and had samples brought over the next day, wood was dropped two days later and floors were in five days after that and they look beautiful!"
