"I had a lot of demo for my project. Luke & his two employees did a good job keeping the mess level low as possible. They had to remove carpet ,dated linoleum & old style hardwood from approximately 1730 Sq. Ft. of flooring. Then to install the Luxury Vinyl Flooring, trim toe kick in kitchen, dining, living room & all closets, bathrooms, foyer and laundry room. This was a big job and it came out looking really nice. Luke is good with explaining the steps of the project, when he would arrive each day, was friendly and mindful of your homes contents."

"Highly recommend Jim for every aspect of flooring installation. His work included installation of engineered wood flooring for two bedrooms and a flight of stairs after removing and disposing of carpet. Pleasant, professional and efficient. A rare find in todayâ s world."

"Lenny was able to work with our tight schedule and came out promptly for a quote (same day). He took measurements, we chose a carpet (optional) that he was able to order and within a week it was laid out and installed. One of the easiest projects so far!"

"They had a GREAT price and installed very quickly! There customer service was top notch. Very easy to work with! If you need carpet, hire Floors N 24!"

"The entire experience with Denver Carpet & Flooring was great. I was very anxious about such a big job and investment, 1,420 sq ft of laminate in the whole house, stairs included. Kevin and his install crew did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend."

"The experience from the beginning to the end, was extremely professional. The work is phenomenal and the communication in regard to the process, price, and time frames was on point. I plan on hiring F & S Hardwood Floors to finish additional flooring projects in the future."

"Very professional. Carpet looks perfect. Would recommend 10000"

"it was all great. i had carpet previously installed but made some renovations and needed resizing and tacking. these guys came out, gave an estimate and got it done the same day"

"These guys worked magic on my floors. They were damaged when I moved in four years ago and only got worse since then. I wasn't sure they were able to be saved. When I first saw the work, I was shocked. It looked like completely new floors. Friends who have seen it have demanded to know who did the great work! They were great at communicating with me along the way. I do wish the guys would have warned me about the dust--I was cursing myself for getting my house professionally cleaned and the carpets cleaned BEFORE the floor was refinished--but that was my own stupid fault! Thanks very much, guys. My house sold quickly and the floors were a stand out feature."

"We picked Dave Marzelek, owner of DC Hardwood Flooring, to refinish our 30-yr old red oak floors after studying reviews and getting bids from three other candidates. Dave was our clear choice because: • He explained why we didn’t need to sand down the entire floor by applying special attention to the worst areas • He bids the job and does the work himself • He uses high quality fast drying ProKote polyurethane finish • He explained his process step-by-step • He had numerous high reviews Our choice proved to be excellent! • Dave arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job • He invited us to give the surface a close inspection after the first coat, and then improved several minor spots with a color-matched material that filled in minor flaws in the wood, before applying the 2nd coat • He finished on time, and left the area clean • We were so pleased with the result that we engaged Dave to refinish two more areas in a rental property that had red oak flooring"
