"I highly recommend Richard from Tomahawk flooring. I hired them to do carpet installation at a rental property in Westbrook. Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. Again, the job was done quickly and professionally, working well into the evening hours so it would be done for me for Easter! I couldn’t be happier with Richard and Tomahawk flooring."

"We have hired him twice. We were thrilled with his work both times! In this last job, he repaired a large hump in our hardwood floor that came about due to moisture. He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"This was a little tricky because the property is in a Historic District. He was easy to work with and started close to when he said he would and once on it, stayed until done. It was a 2-1/2 week project. The tricky part was that I gave the Historic Pres Board plans and they had to be followed exactly and so I visited the job each day and we had to make some changes due to conditions and still get it to look appropriate. He was very reasonable in pricing and got done quickly. Be aware that he is a heave smoker, although it is not a problem with outside work it may be a problem if he were to perform a job inside."

"They did quality, no nonsense work and were willing to work with me to make adjustments during the process. Project was completed early."

"Cannot say enough good about the job that Innovation Painting and Remodeling did for us. We were looking for someone to paint a large commercial space. I reached out to the guys at Innovation Painting to see if they could do the job in the timeline that we needed. I contacted them in the middle of February and really needed the job completed before April first as the new tenant was moving in. They sent someone right over to give us a clear estimate of what the job would entail and the pricing. I was incredibly pleased with the pricing and approved the estimate. The job was completed within the timeframe that I needed, and the results were fantastic. During the job, the crew was extremely easy to deal with and made sure that I was kept in the loop as to how things were progressing. In the last couple of days of the project, an issue with the building was identified and they were able to make the repairs needed and still finish the job on time. I will definitely be using Innovation Pai"

"Mike did excellent work staining our front porch deck floor. He is the very best. I would highly recommend him."

"Kyle and his team redid my ceiling after we had some water damage. Rather than Sheetrock, he was able to come up with a more attractive replacement as well as less expensive! 10/10!"

"Top Notch Construct did an amazing job transforming my outdated 1970's kitchen and bathroom into modern living spaces! Tommy and Israel did a fantastic job from the flooring to the cabinetry, tile work and shower. I would highly recommend them for your next project. I've included before and after pictures."

"We had our hardwood floors redone by Aaron of McNulty Wood Floors and could not be more pleased with the outcome. He is got to be the best around. Aaron was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process too. We would definitely recommend!"

"Project was completely. Excellent communication."
