Showed up on time, with samples that matched what I had requested. He also provided additional suggestions, which I ended up liking more than the direction I was initially heading. He knows his stuff! Quote was provided the very next day with options and I really liked that it included photos of my carpet selections rather than just a name/serial #. After you have looked at multiple samples and are trying to compare 3 bids this little extra detail simplified the process. The pricing was very competitive. The timing sold me, I had my carpet installed in a week. The installers were top notch professional with years of experience. They even trimmed the bottom of my doors.
