I’m a property manager and I don’t like working on the weekends, however, I accepted the first available appointment they had, which was a Saturday. I live in NY and the project is in NJ. They called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and said their driver was in an accident and had to cancel and apparently their wasn’t anyone else available. They rescheduled for the following Monday. I drove to the location and waited about 2 hours past my scheduled appointment after the keep telling me the driver is on his way, the driver never showed and they give me some BS story way, I didn’t buy it. They rescheduled for the next morning, reluctantly I accepted. They finally showed and long story short, when they came, they actually did a great job, so I’m actually happy for that. However, I wouldn’t recommend that location Empire Carpet bottom line."

"My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
