I could not believe how pretty the floor looked and how it updated our house. David was extremely knowledgeable about wood types and the stains. He helped me make the difficult choice of picking the stain and convinced us to just use the natural stain and let the color of the floor do the work. That was the right call and exactly what I wanted, and he knew it before I did! David took extra time to nail down our subfloor to make sure that the squeak we heard when walking was fixed. Jose did a great job- called when he was on his way, arrived in time, looked over areas before cleaning, had me check his work when he was done, provided me with carpet foot protectors- that’s never happened before!
