"Before I order a sandwich, I research the sandwich. I look at reviews about the ingredients. I check to make sure the restaurant is up to snuff with their health inspections. Then and only then will I order the sandwich. With this kind of personality do you think I would go all "willy-nilly" and just pick any flooring company--well, do you? The answer is a resounding NO! When the chance came to get new flooring in my home I had already been researching types of flooring--I wanted Luxury Vinyl Planking, my color selections--I wanted a medium gray, and it needed to be as waterproof as LVP can be. So I invited Spenser from FCI into my home to show me his wears. I fell madly in love with the first LVP he showed me. A lovely Shaw flooring with beveled edges, so it looked more like real hardwood. The LVP is just perfect. Then he helped me select a sheet vinyl for the kitchen and bathrooms. I have kids and dogs, and I am vastly outnumbered, so I must pick my battles. Where liquids go in bathrooms and kitchens is a battle I am ill prepared to win. So sheet vinyl in the "danger" rooms it is. The sheet vinyl is lovely. My feet keep telling me I should have done this sooner. My eyes are telling me I picked so well for my affinities. My nose is telling me it is about time I got rid of that stinky ol' carpet. The installation process was amazing. I love Floor Coverings International Vancouver. I would send my family and friends to Spenser and the crew over there without hesitation. I was well taken care of---you will be as well."

"From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. Aleksey of AVA Construction LLC. is excellent. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, he is a man of great character who you can trust. Our rustic white oak solid wood flooring was made to order by a third party. Unfortunately, production of the flooring was delayed on a couple of occasions. When I called to update Aleksey of the flooring delays, he was always positive and quick to adjust his schedule to make our job a priority. Once our flooring from the third party arrived, Aleksey allowed for appropriate acclimation of the product and then got right to work. Aleksey was punctual, hardworking, and put in full days of work. His communication was excellent, he answered questions we had, and he addressed any concerns we had with the knowledge base of an expert. Aleksey pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection in his craft. No corners were cut, I’m sure of that.
