"We highly recommend Illi Hardwood Flooring for both Hardwood floors and for Finished Carpentry. Our initial agreement was to remove carpet and install hardwood floors in our second story. A part of that agreement included removing carpet and refinishing the stairway from first to second. When the carpet was removed, we were surprised, the stairs needed to be totally rebuilt.
