"The technician (Richard) called well ahead of his scheduled arrival time to make sure we were on the premises and gave an estimated time of arrival. When Richard arrived (and on-time), he politely introduced himself, evaluated what needed to be done and rapidly set-up his equipment to begin the cleaning process. We had about 30 yards of carpet, a 10x10 wool area rug that was very soiled/stained and a 3-cushion soft that needed to be cleaned. Richard took the time to do an outstanding job on all three areas. It was obvious he took pride in his work and wanted to satisfy his customers. Also, Sammy does not use a lot of potent chemicals so we felt comfortable with that. As an added touch, Richard left us with some shoe covers so as not to soil the damp carpet, a "green" canvas bag, logo pens and some candy treats.
