I contacted several hardwood floor refinishers and was ghosted for estimates or given astronomically high quotes. Miguel contacted me from my Angi’s inquiry and was able to come out next day for an estimate. Miguel and his wife Thania were on time for the estimate, gave me advice about the stairs (the other contractor told me I needed entirely new stairs !!!), and quoted me 1/3 of the price of the highest quote I received.
