We removed the carpet and needed all the floors in the house refinished to their natural state. I spoke to Charlie on a Thursday, he met us that night for a estimate and the whole house was done by Tuesday evening. His customer service through out our process was outstanding and his team did an amazing job. Very quick, but detailed and clean. So happy we met Charlie. "We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"
