"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"Scott and his team are amazing. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and they always go above and beyond. We chose to purchase the flooring ourselves and have them install but didn’t realize the flooring we bought was very low quality. Scott stopped work and contacted me to let me know he would move forward with the work if I wanted him to but he highly recommended buying a different flooring. He was right and he helped us call around to find flooring that day and went to pick it up for us. The installation is perfect and took less time than we expected. To say they went above beyond is to say the least. Great group of people who do great work! 10/10 recommend."

"As many customers have found out, Expansive Flooring and Mr. Jayme West are exactly what all contractors should hope to achieve. Mr. West is outstanding in his workmanship, his fairness in pricing, and his devotion to his client. He brings art to flooring and it turns out beautifully! I highly recommend Expansive Flooring to anyone needing repairs or upgrades. I already have several projects lined up for Mr. West in the coming months!"

"Very professional and friendly. The guys that came to install the carpet were in and out in no time and did a great job. Highly recommended and I will use them again for future projects."

"Dallas helped us decide which product best suited our needs. She was thorough and got answers for our questions in which she didn't know the answer. The install is coming up and we can't wait to have waterproof flooring."

"Mario and his crew did a great job. Completed job right on schedule. Matched the floor stain completely."

"I have used McSwain Floors on three separate occasions. In 2012 they took out my carpet in my Family room and installed random plank with a custom stain color. In 2017 they did the same thing to my hallway and two bedrooms. Now recently they completed a custom design in my Master bedroom, using Brazilian Cherry with oak feature strips, laid in a skirt and picture frame pattern. Absolutely stunning. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our kitchen."

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

"Stephen is really professional and has excellent workmanship. Provides great customer service and is very skilled. We had a difficult job and he finished the floors perfectly."
