I called LL Flooring in Tri Cities and they recommended Mike's Construction. I called Mike, he answered! He was out the next day from Tri Cities to our Yakima home for an estimate/bid. Mike had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. We actually added more items to our remodeling project. We met Mike in Tri Cities where he helped us throughout the process. He helped pick out colors, flooring and granite counter tops. We also ripped out our old island and had a new one put in. Mike put in luxury vinyl planking throughout our home. Mike was very professional, worked long days, started work as scheduled and did all he said he would do. I would recommend Mike's Construction to anyone looking for a reliable contractor. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
