Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. Everyone was very professional and took time to explain things to . me. I had an in-home consultation, and also went into the RI Avenue showroom to choose the flooring. The proposals were very detailed. I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again. We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job!
