He was thorough in evaluating our needs and what we envisioned for the space we re working with - the whole house! While doing the demo black mold was discovered under the flooring in the kitchen. "Several Weeks ago, we purchased a New home (well, 20 years old) and knew exactly what we wanted to re-model during the bidding process. We knew we needed to replace the flooring in the entire home with new Tile and re-do two bathroom showers - expand and add new tile. We called several companies to price out the job, both big name companies which I care not mention here for fear of retaliation however both are well known. While thinking about those quotes, we knew we needed to paint the house as well so we contacted Ribbon Painting and Services for a quote for that and during our conversation with them, they said, by the way, Services means we also do Flooring Tile work and bathrooms! We were blindsided by that so we asked for quote. Low and behold, their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper to do the entire job! In 1 case, their quote was more than 10K cheaper! Grant it, they were a little unconventional as we needed to shop for our materials but that gave us the flexibility to find exactly what we wanted and have it delivered to our home. The finished product on both the floor and the bathrooms was great! After inspection, they came back to touch up the little things we found with no hesitation as well. Alex was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Nefti, the lead contractor who came to do the job was very professional. I highly recommend Ribbon and Painting Services to anyone unless youâ re ok with spending thousands of dollars more for the same work. Weâ re really happy with their services! Thanks Alex! "I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."

"Love My Floors has the most amazing business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my 26 years living in Crystal Beach. Our house was quite a challenge to start, three renovations over the 50 plus year life of our home that resulted in a floor that had slightly different levels and several low spots. I received three estimates for a 2000 sq ft floor replacement and their price was in the middle of the three. My wife and I were impressed with the owner who came in and confidently measured and assessed the condition of the floor and provided the estimate that night, and stuck with that estimate in light of pealing back the proverbial onion resulting in 4 additional days over the estimated time. They required no down payment and no money paid until the job was finished. The installers were an incredible husband and wife team that worked meticulously through the difficult challenges and did a 110% on the installation. New baseboard and caulking installed by a third worker added the final touch. The owner came everyday but two and called to make sure things were going to our satisfaction. In the end he the company provided a $370 credit for materials that were not used. My wife and I are elated we picked this company"
