"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Larry was very helpful over the phone even before he came out to do an estimate for the job. There wasn't a hugh difference in price in the 3 estimates I got but Larry was more concerned that I got what I wanted and didn't try and sell me something else as the other 2 companies tried to do. I wanted an unfinished floor to be stained a certain color and the others keep trying to talk me into a pre-finished floor. He/crew were on time and worked weekends to get the job done before painters came in the following week. The floors are beautiful and I would have him back anytime to do any other work I might have.
