"INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS are top notch professionals. We used them to build us a very large 2nd level deck. Brent and crew (Johnny & Eric) were efficient and punctualâ ¦plus just really nice guys! They had to work in some nasty weather (about 10 inches of snow & COLD). At the end of each day they cleaned up their work area, keeping in mind my senior dog that needed to get out the patio door! The deck exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful, safe & sturdy. Brentâ  s pricing is fair â  a definite value for the money. He is licensed in Iowa & Nebraska. Diligent about pulling all the necessary permits. I would not hesitate to use them for ANY construction needs. A great locally owned company"
