They were able to remove 95% of the stains, and once the final coat of finish was applied the remaining was hardly noticeable."

Estimates were very high, especially since it was one tile, and I had the replacement. This company came to my rescue. Instead of $1,500, they said $200 or so. Ash and Said showed up on time and went to work. Before you could say “Bob’s your uncle”, they were done. Plus they repaired parts of the fireplace I never knew were a problem. They were nice, professional, and fast. It’s impossible to see where the damage was. It’s wonderful to work with any company that understands a)quality work, and: b) it’s more than a fixed price. I could have done this myself, but Ash and Said went above and beyond. They told me about future problems, and then they fixed them. I would recommend them highly if you need a job quickly, and have it done right. My very obsessive significant other remarked “I can’t even see where the damage was done”. High praise."
