"Jim is a professional. He is knowledgeable, quick with laying down flooring. He did my laminate plank install. Very happy with the outcome, and his price is very reasonable !!"

"We had all of the carpets in our house replaced by Downright Flooring. Lenny worked with us from carpet selection through installation. It is a small business, but Lenny is thoroughly professional, and he and Mike had the carpet installed on-time, with with no problem areas. The installation went as described and we have a beautiful result for our home!"

"It went fabulous. We emailed Adam after receiving three other quotes.  Adam's bid was under the rest, and in a shorter time frame.  From the time the wood arrived in our home, to the time that David and crew arrived, to the time that the work was finished, we were happy customers.

Denver Hardwood delivered our floor in a timely manner.  The man who brought the flooring in our house was respectful and prompt.

David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"The experience from the beginning to the end, was extremely professional. The work is phenomenal and the communication in regard to the process, price, and time frames was on point. I plan on hiring F & S Hardwood Floors to finish additional flooring projects in the future."
