"We?re so happy we chose Floor Co.! From the moment we met Steven, we knew this was the right company. He asked great questions and made suggestions we hadn?t thought of. We got quotes from other companies in Omaha, but they were in and out of our house in minutes. Steven took the time to understand what we wanted and even invited us to his warehouse to see the flooring in person. He let us take home some big samples so we could see how the colors looked in our own lighting. The color I thought was too light in the warehouse turned out perfect in our home. Adam, the project manager, and his team replaced about 1,500 SQ FT of flooring in just two days. The team paid so much attention to detail like adding a reducer from the LVP to the tile in our bathroom and tucking in the carpet in our basement. They did such a fantastic job, I want them to now replace all of our flooring! :)"

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
