He was clear on what is needed such as dryer 220V outlet access, access to panelboard. The crew was good with working with us on the color of the stain, calling with questions during construction, etc. Price was reasonable. They finished on time and on budget and the floors look very good. Also their custom heat vent registers blend right into the flooring and look great."
