"AMG Home Services has serviced our Dental Office a few times, and we will continue to use him for our office repairs. He installed a new 220V Outlet to support our new compressor and vacuum pump. The whole job was done in a few hours from start to finish. Its now about 1 year later and the outlet is still in perfect working condition. Tony did a great job! He has a really fast response time. He gets the job done with high standards and in a timely manner. He also repaired one of our exterior doors on a different service call. Our door was not closing, but he came over right away and it was fixed within one hour. We highly recommend AMG Home services."

"Could not have been more pleased. Jose and his 2-man crew were timely, professional, and clearly skilled. A new red oak floor was installed to replace the 100-yr old floor in the front rooms our home and the newer maple floor in the kitchen was sanded and re-finished. The preliminaries to set up for the project (submission of a proposal, contracting, and the delivery of materials) were attended to without a hitch, and the project itself started and ended on schedule. "I received at least 3 estimates from Angie. Dan from AKDK followed up right away and was the most specific and fair in his estimate. He started on the day he said, came promptly each time he said he was coming, and worked with my tenant's schedule. The men worked hard at several different indoor commercial projects, dealing with unique in- the- field challenges. The project consisted of drop ceilings, new lighting and switches, some wiring, moving walls (drywall and plaster), flooring, electrical, painting, etc. They performed each job well, to my satisfaction. The men cleaned up after each day with their own equipment (previous contractors used some of my tools and broke my vacuum!). I was so pleased, I actually looked for other projects I had been putting off for them to take care of. I highly recommend Dan and AKDK Services. When the job is complete, I will be looking into their cleaning services as well. How refreshing! The major companies that you see on television, the ones with the cute memorable jingles, wouldn't sell me or install the pad unless I bought carpet. Furthermore, the ones I talked to don't sell Karastan. Luis Carpeting came promptly and Mr Perez and his crew of two knocked out 7 rug pads in less than an hour and a half for a very reasonable price. They were friendly not familiar. Professional, but not personal. They are small business. Please patronize them and recommend them to your friends and does alike."

"I own a multiunit building and in the last year I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had contractors not show up, give a quote and not return, overcharge, not complete the work, complete the work poorly, make excuses, waste time, or refuse to do business on the south side.....it’s been very stressful. So much so that I considered selling the property because it was so difficult to get the help I needed. I decided to keep trying and found HomeAdvisor. They recommended Aco/Daniel. We talked on Thursday evening and he said he could probably do Tuesday. I wanted to cry because I had just hired someone who didn’t complete the work but told my tenants he’d be back Saturday and his was like the 4th guy. So I really wanted someone to show up and get it done. Daniel said he could do Sunday if I really needed. I did. We agreed on a price and he said to let him know. I decided to go with him and we confirmed via text. I kind of expected him not to show based on the number of bad experiences I’d had. That’s how done I was. Sunday morning, he texted to let me know he was on the way. I arrived at the building and walked through unit by unit with him and Peter. They understood what I wanted and kept asking what else to be sure nothing was missed. They left to get materials. I left to get doorbells. When I came back they were almost done with a door on one floor. Then they moved to the next floor. It was then that I realized I had been holding my breath. This was working out! The work looked good. They were going the extra mile. They were professional. They were working hard and focused. They asked if I was happy with each item they completed before moving on. Even my picky tenant was happy with the work. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with these guys and their performance. This is the first time I’ve felt like I could rest because my tenant’s checklists were completed. Some have been waiting since August. The work is great. Their attitudes are great. I told Daniel that I’ve never been so happy to pay for something. I cannot wait to recommend them and they will be the first people I call in the future. Thank you guys so much."
