"Clark's was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from beginning to end including my first phone inquiry, the bidding/estimate process, scheduling, the work and the wrap up. Every room in my house was refinished or new woods laid. Two teams came in to do my work - first the team that removed and hauled away the old carpet/pad, prepped the floor and laid the new woods, and the second team sanded, prepped and sealed the floors and installed new baseboard/quarter rounds. Every single person I interacted with was customer service oriented, knowledgeable about their aspect of the work, courteous and willing to answer many questions. They all maintained a very clean work site and cleaned up entirely at the end of everyday. There was minimal dust and they took great care to cover all artwork or other household items I could not remove. Clark's provided outstanding, quality work at every step and I would hire them again for all my hardwood floor needs."

"I had done my research on Barabatt Flooring. I not only read the review on this site but check the dates of the reviews. I had high expectations for the end result. We were replacing hardwood in the kitchen, removing an old carpet and installing hardwood in the master bedroom and refinishing the floors throughout the house.. Rich and his crew met or exceed those expectations. Half way through the install, RIch discovered my Bosch dishwasher was leaking. He was able to not only to do a rework of the work already done in the kitchen but make sure to diagnose and halt further damage. The hardwood in the master bedroom was perfect. I've had people over and the compliments just keep coming."

"We had trouble finding someone to re-tile our bathroom. I turned to Angi and was contacted by 3 contractors within an hour. Juan was the only one that wanted to come out to look at it in person. That was very important to me, no one wants surprises when starting a project and Juan gave us a very good evaluation of what needed to be done. Juan has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. We hired him to replace the tile floor and remove an old sink in a vanity. The tub surround and vanity are vintage and in great shape so we wanted to preserve it if possible. We were not sure it could be done. Juan was able to remove the old sink without doing any damage to the surrounding tile. Both the floor and the vanity with the new sink look great. I would hire Juan again. He has great communication skills, he is respectful of the house, keeps a clean work site and kept the dust and work from interfering with the rest of the house."
