"Dan was an excellent floor refinisher. He showed up everyday on time and was ready to work. His price was very fair and based on square footage. He worked with us on timeline for completion of job. We just closed on house and wanted to refinish floors before moving in. As for the craftsmanship, it was more than I could have imagined. That included handling the refinishing under radiators, in closets, installing a door saddle and even repairing some 2 inch holes that we discovered were in the floor when we pulled up the carpets.
