He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. Cliff honestly told me most people would opt to just re-carpet, or he could patch and refinish but I most likely wouldn’t be happy with the results. I opted to totally redo the rooms with new wood. "My experience with Landry Wood Flooring was excellent. The refinished 40 year old wood floors are beautiful. Everybody that sees the wood flooring, for the first time, makes a similar comment. They were prompt, did what they said they would do, professional, and excellent pricing. Only negative comment is that they didn't tape off the white floor molding before staining wood floor. The molding will require touch up. Intend to extend the wood flooring in the future and will be calling Landry Wood Flooring to do the installation."

"Thomas and crew were extremely experienced, METICULOUS, and conquered a large complicated demolition and installation. Our kitchen is over 600 square feet with a prior installation that had been done completely improperly 18 years ago. After living with a floor that was cracked EVERYWHERE for the past 18 years, to finally be able to replace this floor was a huge event for my husband and myself. It is something we wanted to do for a very long time. Thomas understood how nervous we were about making sure a proper installation was done this time. He was very patient and understanding. Any problem that came up was tackled and handled with confidence. It was an extremely hard project and the improper prior installation provided for an extremely difficult demolition. It was a pretty grueling and difficult job for another reason as well, a VERY large surface area of 600 square feet. Thomas is practically a mathematician which we had no idea was so needed to properly install tile so that the cut pieces are as hidden as possible. He did an absolutely fantastic job ALL THE WAY around....the whole package. Experience, complete competence, kindness, hard working and lives up to his promises. His price for this job was more than fair and you get your monies worth. I cannot possibly recommend Thomas and staff enough. Honestly...."

"Ron Wilson and Sons refinished my living room, dining room and entrance way. He also patched sections of flooring where I had removed walls. My floors are beautiful and look like new. Ron was easy to work with. The job was completed on time and area was cleaned up afterwards. I plan on having him back to install hardwood flooring in a room currently carpeted. "I called the owner Steve and he immediately called me back. He was able to schedule a time for an estimate within a couple of days. Steve brought numerous samples for carpeting and vinyl flooring when he came out. He made all the measurements that day and gave me the estimate. I was pleased with the pricing so Steve set up the installation for the following week. The 3 installers were professional. They tore up all the old carpeting for family room, living room, stairway, hallway and one bedroom and replaced with new carpeting. They also tore up the old flagstone in front of fireplace and replaced it with fire proof vinyl flooring. They took all the old flooring with them after completing the job. They were able to complete all the work in one day. Steve came by after the job was completed and checked that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Minuteman Floors."
