Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I use a wheel chair & the solid wheels removed all the finish on our 1st Floor 4â Red Oak floors. We also had some pet urine stains on the floors in one room. "This was a small job — there was one small room (70 square feet) in the condo that I just purchased with a significantly damaged hardwood floor. All of the other floors were fine, except for deep scarring in three “stripes” another room from rolling drawers with damaged wheels. Norfolk did a beautiful job of refinishing the floor in the one room — it is gorgeous—and also repaired the three stripes in the other room for a price that proportional to the size of the job — all of the other companies had a project-minimum cost that was more than twice as much."
