Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. "I called the owner Steve and he immediately called me back. He was able to schedule a time for an estimate within a couple of days. Steve brought numerous samples for carpeting and vinyl flooring when he came out. He made all the measurements that day and gave me the estimate. I was pleased with the pricing so Steve set up the installation for the following week. The 3 installers were professional. They tore up all the old carpeting for family room, living room, stairway, hallway and one bedroom and replaced with new carpeting. They also tore up the old flagstone in front of fireplace and replaced it with fire proof vinyl flooring. They took all the old flooring with them after completing the job. They were able to complete all the work in one day. Steve came by after the job was completed and checked that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Minuteman Floors."
