"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "Professional work. Beautiful installation of strand woven bamboo flooring. Max and partner worked two solid days to remove existing carpet and install flooring. Wow, I am so impressed with the attention to detail, such as perfect flush cuts around door frames and molding. The job was over two months ago and we continue to notice the quality. Couldn't be happier! The two were also amazingly polite and considerate. I would recommend 100% A++!"
