"Awesome. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Expert Flooring. My wife worked with Keisha and at their place of business, brought home some samples they provided and we made our choice. Shawn came out and did all the measurements for the upstairs master bath and the downstairs dining room and gave us a quote. Juan came out for the install. My wife calls him our Jaun and only... our little cat watched over the install closely but suspect we would have gotten the excellent install that we did without her close attention to his work. Never ever saw her react that way with anyone before.. Suspect Juan likes animals. We were impressed enough with the install and the price for those two areas, we arranged to have the den carpet replaced also. Would have been easier to just post "We agree with all the other 5* ratings and do the same and just rate them. Excellent"

"Without doubt or hesitation, I recommend using Eurflooria . They came through on budget, on time, and installation masterfully set in place. We have had our new flooring in for 2 months now and we absolutely love the look of it. We have a 2 story house and new carpet was placed upstairs, accept in the bath, and Vinyl Plank Flooring placed in the baths and downstairs. Along with that, new base-board was installed where vinyl was laid. Of note, we also had the lower floor leveled by Eurflooria, and all was completed without skipping a beat. The team that Eurflooria has, I consider top notch: they are skilled, hard working, and trustworthy friendly."

"From our initial contact with Bob through to the completion of the job all went very well. Bob was able to get the tile we selected at a substantial discount..........needless to say we were very pleased. Regarding the actual installation of the tile all went well. The tilers were courteous, professional, and precise in their laying the new tiles........which I had set on the diagonal. My big dilemma was selecting the 'right' grout color. Again, Bob came to my rescue with actual samples of the grout and together we found the perfect one! Thanks, Bob!! We are loving our new floor and know that it will bring us many years of pleasure."

"I would like to recognize â Floor Covering International â for their five star customer service as well as five star professionalism, and quality of work. I contacted them after receiving poor service from a pushy sales person from another company.When I spoke to the receptionist â Floor Coverings Internationalâ , I explained what I had been though and friendly sales representative assured me that the sales representative doing my was a professional, and I would not have to worry about being pressured into buying anything. When Travis arrived-to my house ,he listened to what type of project I was requesting and did not try to talk me in to something I did not want. I also explained to Travis that I wanted the installation to occur in one month and he did not try to intimidate me by telling me that the price would change, and I really appreciated that! After signing the contract, there was a few concerns I had and Travis,as well as the supervisor Brad, contacted me in a matter of minutes to put my mind at ease. They both assured that the Floor installation would happen at the exact date and time I requested. The installation crew supervisor, Pedro, arrived the first day of installation and provided me information on how to maintain and care instructions for my new floors. Pedro also stopped by two additional times to check on the the crew and made adjustments to ensure the floors would be completed in a timely manner. The whole installation crew was very professional and they worked nonstop. They also kept their area tidy each day. One thing that really impressed me was the moving of the furniture. The crew took pictures of everything before they moved it and once the floors were complete, they put everything back in exact order!! When I tell you this company is a five star organization, please trust and believe. Their prices were not bad at all and actually for the same price, the other company was charging, I was able to get another area of laminate floors versus the carpet. The other company tried to pressure me to get. I know this review is super long but for the service I received, the least I can do is to recognize â Floor Coverings Internationalâ for a job well done! "Edgar texted before his arrival. He arrived on time. He looked at the area of our 2 yr old carpeting that required stretching. He provided an estimate that we felt was fair for the size of the job and since he had all the required tools with him, started and finished the job. He took his time and made sure to stretch in the proper directions and all the way to the walls. Edgar is professional and personable. If/When the need arises, we will definitely rehire him for our flooring needs."
