"I had simply hardwood floor, LLC refurbish the almost 100 Year oak floor that had been under carpet for the last 40 years. Richard the owner explained that the orangish redish color that the oak showed would turn out very light after it was sanded and that he wouldn't recommend staining it. I simply followed his advice. I cannot emphasize enough the high level of craftsmanship and quality of his work. His prices were incredibly reasonable. You will be well served to use this company.
