"Carlos and his assistant came quickly to give us a quote and stayed in contact while we ordered supplies for the project (which took at least 1-2 months. Our project was to remove our existing, damaged drywall from out patio ceiling and replace it with a tongue-and-groove pine wood plank ceiling from synergy wood company. They got the job done within 2 days. They were very clean with disposing the debris and making sure everything was picked up during and afterwards. They let me know if they were running late and were very communicative which is typically where most contractors and handymen fail. They do mostly speak Spanish so communication can be a little difficult so they rely on texting to give proper translation and you may need to have that ready on your phone as well but other than that we will use them again if we have any big or small projects in the future! Very thankful for their service."

"We love our new bathroom! We wanted to update our bathroom look and in a day, Russell gave us a detailed estimate for everything we wanted to do. We already had the new wall tile, floor tile and the vanity and just needed installation. Russell confirmed we had enough tile and also advised us on the other finishes we might need and want to consider like the tile edge, new shower valve and faucet which we hadn't thought of. He provided the rest and scheduled us to begin in 2 days! We also decided to have them put in a new tub for us. They were very efficient and the whole project only took 4 days to complete. We were instructed to allow the new shower walls 3 days dry time before we used it. Other than a leaky toilet valve that needed to be replaced, everything went perfect and the quality was way beyond our expectations. 5 stars!"

"Love My Floors has the most amazing business model of any company I have ever dealt with in my 26 years living in Crystal Beach. Our house was quite a challenge to start, three renovations over the 50 plus year life of our home that resulted in a floor that had slightly different levels and several low spots. I received three estimates for a 2000 sq ft floor replacement and their price was in the middle of the three. My wife and I were impressed with the owner who came in and confidently measured and assessed the condition of the floor and provided the estimate that night, and stuck with that estimate in light of pealing back the proverbial onion resulting in 4 additional days over the estimated time. They required no down payment and no money paid until the job was finished. The installers were an incredible husband and wife team that worked meticulously through the difficult challenges and did a 110% on the installation.
