"I contacted White Glove for a living room and hallway flooring job. We had our entire living room redone, including flooring, two years ago. That flooring installer did not prep the floor properly. As a result, the vinyl flooring cracked. I contacted Jason and he was out promptly to look at our job and listen to our concerns. Jason not only prepped the floor properly before installing the new floor, but also addressed a few other minor issues that we had to make sure that we were totally satisfied. A great experience! When we're ready to do our kitchen flooring, I know who I'm going to call!"

"Let me just start by saying that ultimately my floors turned out beautifully. With that being said there were a few issues. First, on the day of install, I found out that I was going to have to pay $1000 more than what was on my receipt and what I thought was agreed upon. There was a discrepancy in the cost of the stairs. Even though the item was listed on the receipt he forgot to include the cost for that item when writing the receipt. The contractor suggested at that point that we either exclude the stairs or he could take all the wood back and refund my deposit. Neither of these was an option for me, as I wanted the stairs done and my home was already turned upside down, and furniture moved in preparation for the install. I was left with no choice but to agree to the new price since I did not have the time to look for another contractor. Second, if your home is occupied, be ready to move all furniture on your own. Third, they did not take away the trash. I was responsible for the disposal of all of the carpeting and laminate flooring that was being ripped up to put down the new hardwood floor. My garbage company took the carpeting and padding as bulk, but I had to pay for the laminate removal because it was considered construction material."
