He also had a wonderful personality and his only goal was to make sure you were happy above and beyond. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "What other great things can I say about this business? From the quote I received to the quality of work and customer service-I have ZERO complaints about G&W Floor Coverings. The team arrived to my home around 7:30 a.m. to install carpet to my entire home and was finished around 5:00 p.m. I could tell the crew's motivation was to give me a finished product that I could be pleased with-when the carpet was completely installed, the crew cleaned everything to perfection. Robbie was very exceptional in his customer service and provided me a reasonable price. I can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. "The work was exceptional. There was a language barrier, the installers spoke little English, however we stumbled along just fine. I did have 2 requests for corrections, one was a piece of wood that had chipped during install and the other correction involved the placement of wood at entrance to a room. The manager came to inspect my 2 complaints, then scheduled the installer to come out and correct the two problems by replacing the wood. The corrections were also exceptional, although it took almost a month to get them back out. The price was supposedly discounted because of a sale on hardwood, so I believe the price was reasonable. I will use United again for my flooring needs."
