mehile shopping for laminate floors I went to Quality Floors 4 Less with a sample from another vendor, and the first thing that struck me about Dennis was that he was never negative about the competing product, rather maintained a respectful demeanor and just highlighted the differences between what he carried and the various intricacies of the flooring features.  Dennis is very knowledgeable, humble and honest in his dealings and was very upfront in breaking down all of the services and charges that would be performed, leaving nothing "hidden" in the cost estimate like I had seen before from other companies.
Dennis came out to my house to perform an estimate and was very quick, but accurate in doing so.  He gave me quotes for a couple different scopes of work that we were considering, and had the official estimate sent to my email within hours of leaving breaking down every cost with a description of service.  I elected to remove the old flooring myself and all costs associated with that were promptly removed and the estimate updated.
There was a slight delay on the install due to the backlog of shipping in Oakland, however I was kept informed of all information  as it came up, and once the product was in it was promptly delivered the next afternoon.  I was tearing the old carpet out when the laminate was delivered, and the man delivering the floors spent a little time showing me how to make it more efficient and even let me use some of the specialty tools of his to speed up the process.  That literally saved me at least 4 hours of demo time, which was a huge plus that I was incredibly grateful for.
The crew arrived on the morning of the install and did a walk through with me asking if I had special preferences and outlining what they would do in specific areas.  All of the installers were very courteous, charismatic, and professional.  I left them to their business while I went to work, and they worked through the day and cleaned up a good portion prior to leaving.  Once I got home, as they were cleaning, I walked around the house and "inspected" their work - all their cuts were very clean, their was no damage what-so-ever to the home in any areas they were working, all of the base boards had been removed and labeled in order to get them back to the correct location; it was a very professional job.  
The next morning the crew arrived while I was already at work and got right to it.  I came home to a finished house that looked incredible.  They cleaned everything up and helped me move my appliances back into place, lifting them to avoid scratching the new floors.  The work was completed in two days and it's obvious that there were no corners cut, and great care was taken to make everything look as good as possible.  My wife and I have begun putting all of the other pieces of our home back together and we couldn't be happier with it.

"All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased."

"We needed an outdoor carpet to be glued to an existing wood deck. Ricardo answered my request and said he could do it. He was able to do it within a week of the request and even worked with us on pricing, which was much appreciated. He made suggested putting bullnose edging around the carpet, which was not on the original carpet but should have been. He did a wonderful job. Because of the size of the carpet, he had to seam it together and the seam is not even visible. Will definitely use him again on other projects."
