"Mack and his crew were great to work with. They were quick to get an estimate to us, to get the product in and to go to work. Our project consisted of installation of about 1600 square feet of LVP. There was considerable demolition to be done including removal of some ceramic tile and some underlayment to sheet vinyl to be removed. Mack sent 5 guys to do the demolition work was done in a day. We are going to have them install the same flooring in the remaining part of the house."

They called ahead to give us an update on when they'd be arriving and, even more 'impressive', was the fact that their cleaning machine's heater went out so, rather than disappoint a customer, they took it upon themselves to go rent a machine so they could still do our job. That may not sound like much but I'm guessing that rental was fairly expensive ... and they still did it when most folks would have just called and changed the appointment. They were friendly, fast and efficient ... and the carpets look great. Truly wish I could think of as better work than 'Impressive'. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat."
