The fumes from the polyurethane lasted for weeks.The adjacent carpet with the stain which required me to replace the carpet. Clarks did a fantastic job! With the new dust free sanding I did not have weeks of dusting ahead! With little fumes from the stain I could stay in my house within hours of each stage. Very clean. "I had spilled bleach in ~10 two-inch spots. Brandon arrived near the beginning of his one-hour window. The carpet was multi color but he was able to do a great color correction. At worst it looked like a recently vacuumed or high traffic area. He was courteous, professional, and was able to finish the job in ~3 hours. Evidently it cost a bit more because it was a multi-color carpet, but that's the breaks. I highly recommend his service and from what I've read about color correction, not many people can consistently do it well, but Brandon did a great job."
