"Concept Flooring knocked our socks off with our staircase project. We had all the carpet in our home replaced with LVP before we moved in but did not get the stairs done because of dry times. Fast forward 3 years and the carpet on the stairs was in rough shape. Concept Flooring pulled up the carpet, removed every tack strip, staple and nail flawlessly, sanded, stained, added wood flooring on our landings and clean risers in two days. They used a faster drying poly which was super helpful so we can still use both floors after 1-2 hours of dry time. They did an incredible job of color matching the existing flooring. The crew was incredibly neat. They cleaned up as they went and you wouldn't know there was any dust involved in the project after they left for the day. My husband cannot stop talking about how good it looks. I repeat, my husband cannot stop talking about the stairs. He doesn't notice anything but the stairs are his new favorite topic of conversation. Something to note: they do not paint trim or the risers so I will be handling that myself. This was made very clear throughout the process and with the high level of detail they took on the stairs, touching up the trim paint and painting the risers will be a much simpler process. The best kind of home projects are ones that look like they should have been there in the first place. And Concept Flooring nailed it! I wish we would have done this three years ago! "These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. "Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. "Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."
