The upstairs' hallway flooring, done during a remodel 40 years ago, Sean could see was needing to be completely redone. As Sean went about measuring and assessing the work details, Kathy was by his side taking notes and also pictures of the project. Sean’s crew arrived on time ready to work and if asked could explain what was to be done that day.
