He is licensed and insured, which was a must for me, and he does not subcontract, something I really valued after past experiences with inconsistent work. I purchased all the materials ahead of time, including the LVP and baseboards, and his pricing covered demo, labor for install, appliance removal and reset, and the dump fee. He also replaced my old baseboards with clean, modern 1x4 square trim and removed all the quarter round I no longer needed. David was courteous, knowledgeable, and coordinated smoothly with my other contractors. I truly felt at ease working with him and highly recommend."
