Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. "Dan repaired part of my laminate flooring that had been accidentally damaged. When I requested the repair, Dan messaged me right away and came to my home two days later to give me an estimate. When we decided to go ahead and get the repair done, I asked if we could wait two or three weeks in order to budget the cost of the repair. Dan was very agreeable to that, and we agreed on a date and time. Dan was an excellent communicator. He messaged me two days before the repair confirming the appointment. He showed up on time, was very polite and professional. He had to remove the damaged flooring, and put down the flooring we had left over from when we had the floor originally done ten years ago. He was here only about 2.5 hours, was very efficient, and the noise wasn’t bad at all. He hauled away the bad flooring and cleaned up after the job was finished. He did a very professional job, and I can’t even tell where the damaged floor was. The price of the floor repair was very reasonable."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
