"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."

"Raul and his team did a great job removing our old cabinets and demolishing the kitchen and after that installing the new cabinets and new appliances. The work was not only excellent but, most of all, on time. In the meantime we decided to replace the floor in almost 80% of the house and also to paint all interior walls which he proceeded right away with the same quality and in a timely manner. He also pointed out some things needed to be replaced and we agreed. Raul was very honest and upfront.
