"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"The installation of my floor was great from start to finish. Don Diehl brought samples, discussed all the details and was very easy to work with. He checked in and assessed the installation and ensured that everything was done well. His crew was awesome. The main crew member worked ridiculously hard removing the existing floor and installing the luxury vinyl plank replacement floor with care and expertise. The remaining crew returned to assist in the completion of the job and finishing up the details, such as the trim. The entire experience was painless. Don oversaw the job from start to finish and his crew members were experts. They were meticulous and cleaned up perfectly. The price was fair and honest with no pressure and no hidden costs. I received a formal quote from his team shortly thereafter. The quote was competitive, very detailed and easy to understand. After approving the quote, a tradesman (Eric) was scheduled within a week and the backsplash was installed in a day and a half. Eric s work is professional, thorough and very detail oriented. Even though our roof was much steeper than he usually works on he agreed to replace the glass in our three skylights. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more thrilled. They were very familiar with the product and did a great job measuring the room and starting the first course so that the finished floor was perfect. The installer was very mindful of our tongue and groove walls and cabinetry during the install. He was pleasant and efficient and did a great job cleaning up at the end.
