"The work Brandon did was exceptional. Very detailed in laying the floor down. We would recommend his business to anyone who ask us. We are quite sure any jobs he is hired for, will turn out to be fantastic."

"Big shout-out to Chris. This man exceptionally explained everything you all had to offer and was outstanding in educating us on things we may not have understood or were not aware of. I am very happy with the work your team did. They provided top-tier results, and I will be coming back for future work as well as referring people I know to your company. I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity. It means a lot, and it made our decision to move forward that much easier. As for your process from start to finish, it was quick, seamless, and very straightforward. I did not feel like you guys were trying to see how much money you could get out of us. Your product and presentation speak for themselves, and your warranty backs all of it up and is one of the biggest factors in why people will consider moving forward. Thank you again for the amazing work you all did. This company deserves 5 stars. As for feedback, I highly recommend having a process for covering up the customer's furniture"

"When the Corvid-19 pandemics 1st started it was hard trusting any one who would come out and give Us a quote but after checking all the big home improvement stores and interviewing several individual contractors to do our kitchen & bath floor remodels Mr. Spry was the only one who showed up CDC compliant wearing a mask and communicated with Us while practicing safe distancing, so my husband and I offered Him the job although He had several jobs lined up He was very knowledgeable about His craft, gave us a detailed time frame and assured Us that He was properly staffed and capable of doing the work and not only did He start on time each day His entire staff was punctual, professional and showed up everyday with mask on and began to work immediately then two days into our kitchen floor install I decided that I wanted to add a glass tile back splash with an accent over my stove not only did Mr. Spry listen to my ideas and answered all my questions professionally He told Us on the spot how much it would cost and that He would go ahead and check his calendar for his next available time opening to do the back splash without Us having to make another appointment or wait for another quote and to say the least His work ethic was outstanding and We couldn't have hired a better company."

"We were buying a 1940 home and decided to have the oak floors refinished before we moved in. I contacted several companies and Chris from Columbia Flooring was the first to call me back. He sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I had read about a process where you just lightly sand/add a coat of poly, without doing the full refinishing job. Chris met me at the house to see the floors and provide an estimate. By then, I had gotten two other quotes for this quick sand/add poly process without either of those companies coming to look at the floors. Chris talked to me about the cleaning materials that have been used on the floors, which I had no info on. So, doing the quick sand/poly could be a disaster. We decided to have him completely refinish them. After listening to us, he helped us pick Golden Oak as our stain after leaving us a few options. The house was left pretty clean, considering all the sanding. Our new floors are so beautiful! Hire Chris at Columbia Flooring!"

"We were in a bind when our flooring installer banged out on the scheduled day of installation. Steve came out that day to estimate the job. He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!"

"The crew of 3 arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job installing my gorgeous new flooring. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up the work areas when they were done. I will definitely hire them for future projects."

"Matt was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing the floor at our entrance way in the laundry room. Would recommend his services."

"I'm going to do a lot of business with Cortez that should answer your question."
